Full job description
POSITION: Adult, Career, and Technical Education Instructor (PT, Day and/or Evening)
PROGRAM: Adult Education CTE
SITE/BUILDING: Various locations throughout Suffolk County, NY
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide theory and practical application for students enrolled in Adult Education

Complete all required paperwork, including student attendance and grade reports

Create lesson plans aligned with the CTE course
START DATE: July 1, 2026 and ongoing for the 2026-2027 school year
SALARY: $34.00* - $41.00*/hour
*Salary rates are established per 2025-2026 Board approved compensation schedule. 2026-2027 salary rates will follow Board approved compensation schedule when available.
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years industry experience or current certified CTE teacher
