Kadima Health and Nursing at Palmyra is looking to hire a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team!
Our mission at Kadima Health and Nursing at Palmyra is to offer quality care to our residents, and to provide them with a loving and compassionate environment, attending carefully to their physical, spiritual, and emotional needs.
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide nursing services to our residents. As an LPN at Kadima at Palmyra, you will have the opportunity to work in a unique setting that combines the latest rehabilitation techniques with a focus on personalized, resident-centered care.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians

Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
-
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
-
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members

Monitor and report changes in patient condition to healthcare team members
Requirements:

Current LPN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
-
Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or rehabilitation setting

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
