What You’ll Do:

  • Perform bridge design calculations and structural analysis

  • Support the development of plans, specifications, and cost estimates

  • Contribute to technical reports and project documentation

  • Participate in design discussions and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

  • Work with senior engineers and project managers on transportation projects

  • Support project delivery for ODOT, local agencies, and national clients

  • Engage in a variety of projects that will broaden your technical skillset

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

  • 4+ years of bridge or transportation engineering experience

  • Ohio PE license (or ability to obtain within 12 months)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Effective communication and technical writing skills

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work

  • Comfortable working both in the office and occasionally in the field

Salary Range:

The starting salary for this position is $90,000, with final compensation determined based on qualifications, experience, and licensing status.
