Position: Behavior Technician (BT) – ABA Therapy

Locations: Antioch

Schedule: Part-Time (3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.)

Setting: Hybrid – In-Home & In-Center

Are you passionate about making a difference in children's lives? Join our team and help children with autism develop communication, social, and daily living skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. We provide full training, ongoing mentorship, and real opportunities for professional growth.

Pay Incentives Starting Now!

We're excited to recognize your hard work and flexibility with increased pay opportunities:

  • $21/hour during training

  • $25–$28/hour No experience needed

Bonus: Weekend sessions (Saturday & Sunday): ➤ +$10.00 per billable hour on top of your current hourly clinical rate.

Monday through Friday sessions starting at 6:00 PM or later: ➤ +$5.00 per billable hour on top of your current hourly clinical rate.
