CT Technologist (CT Tech) Hourly Rate: $42.00 – $49.00 per hourSchedule: PRNLocation: St. Mary's Hospital - Kankakee, IL ✔Fast-track hiring process✔Start in as little as 1–2 weeks✔Streamlined onboarding
Join our team as a CT Technologist (Computed Tomography Technologist) and grow your career in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will perform high-quality CT imaging procedures, support diagnostic and therapeutic care, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

Perform CT scans in accordance with physician orders and protocols

Produce high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety

Prepare and position patients; administer contrast as appropriate

Process and transmit images to PACS

Collaborate with Radiologists and clinical teams

Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
-
One year of acute, clinical radiology experience is preferred.

Knowledge of mobile and stationary Radiographic / Fluoroscopic equipment is required.

Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is required.

Radiology/ CT license and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.

ARRT-CT Certification is required

Must possess and maintain BCLS (AHA) upon hire.

Proficient computer skills.

Pay Transparency
St. Mary's Hospital - Kankakee offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $42.00 to $49.00 per hour. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
