BAYADA Home Health Care
Pay: $26/hour + mileage reimbursement
Location: Flexible assignments close to home in Brattleboro and other parts of Windham County
Schedule: FT and PT hours available; weekend availability required.
Job Description
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. In this role, you will provide one-on-one, in-home support to clients, helping them remain safe and comfortable in their own homes.
No prior experience is required—we provide paid training and ongoing support for the right individual.
Responsibilities

Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting)
-
Support activities of daily living (ADLs)
-
Perform light housekeeping and laundry
-
Prepare meals and assist with feeding
-
Provide mobility assistance and transfers
-
Offer medication reminders
-
Assist with range-of-motion exercises
-
Provide companionship and emotional support
-
Provide transportation needs to local appointments and running errands with or for the clients
Qualifications
-
A minimum of one year of professional home health or patient care experience is required.

Exceptional applicants without experience may be considered and trained.

Must be at least 18 years old

Reliable and compassionate with a desire to help others

Ability to travel to client homes as assigned
