  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Completion of an accredited Home Health Aide (HHA) program preferred

  • Active HHA certification/license preferred

  • Physically capable of performing caregiving duties

  • Ability to safely handle body fluids and other potentially hazardous materials

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Meets all applicable personnel and regulatory requirements Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect personal care services in clients' homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN)

  • Follow individualized care plans and assigned care instructions

  • Maintain a safe and comfortable environment while delivering care

  • Observe and report changes in a client's condition, behavior, or needs to the supervising nurse

  • Accurately document services provided and submit required reports in a timely manner

  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, families, and healthcare team members

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living while promoting dignity, comfort, independence, and well-being

  • Adhere to all company policies, state regulations, and professional standards governing Home Health Aides
