Position: Behavior Technician

Location: Manhattan

Salary:$21–$30 per hour

We’re growing our team and looking for passionateParaprofessionals, Behavior Technicians, Teacher Assistants, DSPs, School Aides, and Childcare Professionalsto join our ABA Company in NYC.

If you enjoy working with children and want a meaningful career where you can truly make a difference, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

  • Work 1:1 with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

  • Support skill development and positive behaviors

  • Work closely with experienced BCBAs

No ABA Experience? That’s Okay.

We value the right attitude over experience.

Many of our BTs come from backgrounds such as:

  • Paraprofessionals

  • Teacher assistants

  • Daycare staff

  • DSPs

  • Camp counselors

  • Childcare providers

We provide training and ongoing support to help you grow in the ABA field.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with children preferred
