The Opportunity
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager. This person will report directly to our Chief Product Officer and will be responsible for:
- The technical aspects of bringing Lynx’s product vision to life
- Working with engineers, developers, quality assurance, and operations to ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations
- Serving as a product evangelist and subject matter expert to the technical/developer community. Answering questions about our product and capabilities
- Defining success criteria for testing and product acceptance
- Facilitating the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation
- Writing user stories
- Backlog grooming
Qualifications and Experience
Our ideal candidate has:
- 4+ years of Product Management, Technical Product Management, or relevant software engineering experience
- Experience working with technical teams, agile development, testing, and user stories
- Experience working hands-on designing and testing APIs
- Strong technical experience in JSON, XML, SQL and Postman (or similar)
- Domain expertise in consumer payments, healthcare, and Software-as-a-service. Even better if you have experience in commercial banking products, Consumer Directed Health Accounts (HSA, FSA, HRA), or banking-as-a-service
- Experience using Atlassian suite of products including Jira, Aha, and others
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with an engineering or technical discipline
- You are a self-starter who is organized, detail oriented, takes initiative with minimal direction, and understands concepts quickly
