About the Role

As an LPN at The Grove at Carvalho, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our patients under the supervision of our registered nurse staff. You will be an integral part of our interdisciplinary team, working collaboratively to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient. Your strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities will enable you to build trust with our patients and their families, ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and nursing interventions as needed
