Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st & 2nd Shifts

Assignment Length: Temp-to-Hire

We are seeking Industrial Kitchen Prep Assistants for our client in York, Maine. These positions pay $20-22 per hour and are temp-to-hire. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the most awarded food brands—all without being customer-facing.

Typical daily duties:

• Assist cooks with processing food products

• Prepare raw ingredients and materials

• Measure and portion ingredients for cooks

• Keep work areas clean and organized throughout the shift

• Report any conditions requiring attention

What we’re looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to stand, bend, stretch, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly

• Basic math skills

• Ability to operate manual and electric pallet jacks and forklifts

• Previous large prepping/batching or food industry manufacturing a plus
