AP Expertise Professionals

We are looking to add to our Finance & Accounting practice. Experience as an AP Accounting Expert to join the dynamic Accounts Payable and Finance team. As an AP Expertise Professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's financial integrity and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: AP Expertise Professionals

Location: Toughkenamon, Pennsylvania

Pay Range: $40-75hr.

What's the Job?

• Identify and resolve issues related to manual AP processes, including double-payments and unpaid invoices

• Conduct vendor reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records

• Analyze data to establish a reliable base structure for future AP processes

• Prioritize and clear outstanding invoices to streamline cash flow and improve financial reporting

• Implement risk ranking procedures to enhance the accuracy and security of financial transactions

What's Needed?

• Experience with Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable processes

• Strong analytical and data management skills

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities

• Partial on-site presence required, with flexibility to adapt to organizational needs
