Full job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead your crew on daily job sites

  • Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans

  • Supervise and train workers and crew members

  • Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met

  • Supervise the use of equipment

  • Resolve problems when they arise

Requirements

  • Residential Solar Installation experience (2+ years preferred)

  • Roofing experience a plus

  • Electrical experience a plus

  • Valid Drivers License required

  • Proven experience as a solar foreman

  • In-depth knowledge of solar construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills

  • Ability to communicate and report effectively

  • Good physical condition and stamina

  • High school diploma or diploma in a skilled trade (electrician, carpenter etc.)
