Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full Time

Finger Lakes Health
Finger Lakes Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LifeCare in Seneca Falls. The LPN provides high-quality, resident-centered care in a long-term care setting while supporting our mission to improve the health and well-being of the communities we serve.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN

Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policies
-
Observe, document, and report changes in residents’ conditions

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support individualized care plans
-
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and Finger Lakes Health regulations
-
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record
-
Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents and families
Qualifications:

Current New York State LPN license in good standing
-
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a team
