In this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed treatment across a variety of service settings, including traditional outpatient therapy, psychiatric and medication management support, and school-based mental health services, allowing for meaningful community impact and diverse clinical experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

Build meaningful, trusting relationships with clients

Conduct assessments, diagnose, and provide effective therapeutic interventions

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Monitor and evaluate client progress over time

Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

Requirements

Master’s degree in a recognized clinical discipline required

Completion of a clinical practicum required

Licensure in Pennsylvania (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist) preferred

NCC or LSW preferred

Experience with diagnosis and therapy preferred

Must be at least 21 years of age
