Schedule: M-F 7:00 am-4:00 pm
Pay Rate: $45.00 per hr. + DOE
Location: Boise, ID
Position Type: Full-Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage construction and capital projects from planning through completion, maintaining accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and safety performance.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost-to-complete estimates.

Enter budgets and cash flow for new capital projects and items in the CAPAP system for assigned areas.

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, contractors, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.

Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation to support design and field activities.

Track procurement activities, long-lead materials, project costs, and change requests to minimize schedule and budget impacts.

Lead project meetings, communicate project status to stakeholders, and promote compliance with safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
-
Strong telecommunications systems background is the key qualification for the position.

5+ years of construction project management experience.
-
Experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, and project execution.
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
-
Knowledge of CPM scheduling and construction planning principles.
-
OSHA 10 or equivalent safety training preferred.
-
Strong communication, problem-solving, estimating, and change management skills.
Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, be able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
