Schedule: M-F 7:00 am-4:00 pm

Pay Rate: $45.00 per hr. + DOE

Location: Boise, ID

Position Type: Full-Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction and capital projects from planning through completion, maintaining accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and safety performance.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost-to-complete estimates.

  • Enter budgets and cash flow for new capital projects and items in the CAPAP system for assigned areas.

  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, contractors, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.

  • Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation to support design and field activities.

  • Track procurement activities, long-lead materials, project costs, and change requests to minimize schedule and budget impacts.

  • Lead project meetings, communicate project status to stakeholders, and promote compliance with safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Strong telecommunications systems background is the key qualification for the position.

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience.

  • Experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, and project execution.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.

  • Knowledge of CPM scheduling and construction planning principles.

  • OSHA 10 or equivalent safety training preferred.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, estimating, and change management skills.

Physical Effort/Activities:

May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, be able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
