Job Description

IDS is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer – Journeyman, for ADG Creative, an IDS subsidiary, to support user experience strategy, design system development, and delivery of high-quality user-centered design solutions. This role involves designing intuitive, scalable interfaces and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve user experience across complex systems.

Key Duties

  • Implements UX strategy and vision across a large portfolio, ensuring consistent and high-quality user experiences

  • Maintains a comprehensive design system to drive consistency, scalability, and efficiency across products

  • Supports design activities including workshops and design sprints to enhance collaboration across teams

  • Assists with user research, creates user journey maps, and develops wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes

  • Advocates for end-users by identifying workflows, pain points, and needs to inform design solutions

  • Follows UX design processes and applies Human-Centered Design principles within Agile environments

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

  • OR Associate’s degree or High School Diploma with 7 years of experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience (aligned to the education substitution structure above)

  • Portfolio required

Compensation

  • $100,000k - $110,000k

  • Benefits

Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds, but may vary depending on the position. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
