Position : Caregiver/Personal Care Assistant Location : Lansing and surrounding areas Employment Type : [Full-Time/Part-Time/Flexible] Schedule : We have many shifts available, and are looking to hire people who are responsible and who care about the people they work for.

Key Responsibilities :
• Personal Care Assistance : Aid clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Meal Preparation : Plan and prepare nutritious meals, accommodating any dietary restrictions or preferences.
• Companionship : Provide emotional support and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities to promote mental well-being.
• Light Housekeeping : Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing tasks such as laundry, dishwashing, and tidying living areas.
• Transportation : Assist clients with mobility and accompany them to appointments, errands, or social activities as needed.
• Observation and Reporting : Monitor clients' health and behavior, reporting any significant changes to family members or healthcare professionals.
