Salary Range $17.00 - $22.00 Hourly

Job Shift Monday - Friday: 8:30am to 5:00pm

Position: Full-time
Pay: Hourly, $17.00-$22.00 (based on experience)
Job purpose
The Shop Utility position supports shop operations by performing entry-level maintenance and facility tasks to improve technician efficiency and overall shop productivity.
Duties and responsibilities

Maintain shop cleanliness, including sweeping and general upkeep of work areas using appropriate equipment
-
Run for parts and assist with driver transportation (following drivers, pickups, and rides as needed)

Assist with tire removal and installation
-
Operate torches as needed (cutting/removal support)
-
Perform basic mechanical repairs, including hose replacement, valve replacement, brakes, and other bolt-on components
-
Perform preventative maintenance tasks, including lube, oil, and filter services on power units
-
Assist with tractor detailing and general equipment cleaning as needed
-
Maintain regular attendance and punctuality

Must pass an MVR report

Basic computer skills

Forklift operating experience or ability to learn

Ability to use metal cutting tools
