Full job description
RN/LPN Nursing Supervisor — Full-Time, Overnight (11 PM–7 AM)
Morris View Healthcare Center is hiring an experienced RN or LPN to join our team as a Full-Time Nursing Supervisor for the overnight shift.
Responsibilities:

Oversee nursing staff and ensure quality resident care throughout the shift

Serve as the clinical leader on-site, managing emergent situations and supporting staff

Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and resident care plans

Coordinate with day-shift leadership for smooth handoffs
Requirements:

Active RN or LPN license in New Jersey

Supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred

Strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills

Ability to work independently overnight
