\n The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

\n
- Enhancing the system security posture\x26nbsp;by supporting the program, organization, system, or enclave\x27s information assurance initiatives and enforcing security policies, standards, and methodologies.
\n
- Overseeing security operations\x26nbsp;for information systems, managing daily security aspects, evaluating security solutions for classified processing, and conducting vulnerability and risk analysis/assessments for system authorization.
\n
- Managing configuration and system integrity\x26nbsp;by administering configuration management for security software, hardware, and firmware, ensuring compliance with security controls, and assessing the impact of system changes.
\n
- Developing and maintaining security documentation and System Security Plans lifecycle management activities to ensure compliance with system security requirements.
\n
- Providing technical expertise\x26nbsp;in security policies and operations, supporting the implementation and maintenance of security measures and countermeasures, and collaborating with stakeholders to maintain compliance and strengthen the system security posture.
\n
- Driving continuous improvement\x26nbsp;by assessing existing security processes, identifying vulnerabilities, and implementing proactive solutions to enhance system resilience.

Requirements \n
\n
A current and active TS/SCI Clearance with a MD Polygraph is required. No CCA\x27s will be accepted at this time.
\n \n
\n
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security, or a related discipline. In lieu of a degree, an additional 4 years of experience may be considered on a case by case basis
\n
- A minimum of 7+ years of experience as an ISSO supporting IC or DoD programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity
\n
- Proficient with customer security tools, corporate repositories, playbooks and guidelines
\n
- Experience with LatteArt, Biscotti, Xacata
\n
- Knowledgeable\x26nbsp; with applicable frameworks, regulations, standards, policies and procedures
\n
- Experience with the creation of System Security Plans (SSPs)
\n
- Experience with STE/STN
\n
- Certifications \x26amp; Compliance with DoD 8570 with IAM\x26nbsp;Level II or IAT Level III (i.e., CASP+, CISSP or Associate)
