Stateline Family YMCA is hiring a Hangout Staff Member. The Hangout Staff Member guides youth in the Hangout while parents or guardians are in the building. This role delivers excellent service to members and their children, supervises and nurtures children, and tends to their basic needs. Staff help children explore interests, develop talents, and build self-esteem.

Key focus areas include Guide youth in the Hangout, Deliver excellent service to members and their children, and Supervise and nurture children.

Preferred (not required): Fun, Engaging, Welcoming, and Nurturing.

Full job description

Hangout Staff (Beloit)

Pay Range $12.00-$14.00

Part Time – 3+ hours a day approx. 4pm-7pm with occasional weekends

Come guide our youth in the Hangout while parents/guardians are in the building! Hangout staff delivers excellent service to members and their children, supervises and nurtures children and tend to their basic needs, come help children explore interest, develop talents and build self-esteem.
