Job Description
Provides high quality service to Trust & Estate clients to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Provides support for various aspects of Trust & Estate account management and administration to ensure compliance.
Provides support to Front Office personnel through transaction processing and performing account maintenance while balancing both the customer and the bank's needs.
Identifies areas of improvement to support overall client experiences.
Identifies possible trends and barriers to defining a great customer experience and escalates these opportunities for improvement
Identify continuous improvement opportunities to increase departments’ performance such as process improvement, complaint investigation, etc.
Develop and maintain knowledge and understanding of processed performed within WMSS Specialists team.
Builds effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
Identifies and escalates all irregularities and discrepancies to management.
Follows through on the risk and compliance processes and policies to ensure we safeguard our customers’ assets, maintain their privacy, act in their best interests, and ensures an effectively run function.
Protects the Bank's assets and complies with all regulatory, legal and ethical requirements. WMSS is onboarding/offboarding wealth clients

5+ years experience in banking
Wealth management background
Experience with processing and approving transactions
Familiarity with:
Account maintenance
Retitling
Trust accounts
Custody accounts
IRAs
IMAs
Wealth operations processes
Post-secondary education in a related field.
Microsoft Office proficiency.
Strong verbal & written communication skills.
