Rate: $35.00 - $39.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
Monthly renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.
We are seeking a Service Supervisor for our 416-unit apartment community in Aurora, CO! As Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintenance operations on the property. Our ideal candidate has the necessary skills to complete maintenance and repairs for vacant and occupied units while working within the planned maintenance budget. Resident satisfaction is the key to our success, so our new Service Supervisor will be committed to handling maintenance requests timely and professionally. Requirements

At least five years of experience as a Service Supervisor in on-site property maintenance.

Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.

Certified Pool Operator (CPO).

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.

Must be able to work weekends once per month, and as circumstances warrant; on-call once a month for emergencies.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!

Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) a plus.
Responsibilities

Accountability for all maintenance operations on the property while working within the planned maintenance budget.

Diagnosing and repairing basic and complex maintenance issues for vacant and occupied units

Maintaining all service and safety records in compliance with federal, state, and local law.

Performs any additional duties assigned by Community Manager or Regional Director.

Work Days: Monday – Friday
Work Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; One weekend per month and as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies.
Required License or Certification: Valid CO Driver’s License; Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
