  • Track joint targeting cycles and battle rhythms across combatant commands to maintain the global-integration perspective that links kinetic and non-kinetic effects.

  • Engage DoD stakeholders and support joint exercises, experimentation, and constructive, virtual, and live events, including exercise observation, data capture, and lessons-learned integration.

  • Supervise and integrate the work of the team's targeting, integration, and assessment SMEs; own deliverable quality and customer reporting.

  • Demonstrated JADO and joint planning expertise, with working knowledge of the joint targeting cycle and F2T2EA.

  • Experience planning, observing, or assessing joint exercises and translating observations into lessons learned and process improvements.

  • Proven ability to act as a senior customer interface and translate ambiguous customer intent into requirements, TTPs, and CONOPs.

  • Excellent written and oral communication, knowledge management, and operational assessment skills.
