Overview As a Product Engineer at Framer, you’ll have the opportunity to work on many engineering projects, enabling users to create outstanding designs with exceptional speed and supporting real-time collaboration on an infinite canvas. You’ll work on Framer’s react-based design and code ecosystem, including the core editor, canvas, plugins, CMS, and more. Ideally, you have a strong interest in design and are eager to expand and deepen your programming skills.

What you’ll do Since Framer is a dynamic startup, your role may change over time. Here’s an idea of the things you’ll be doing.

  • Collaborate closely with other engineers and designers

  • Take responsibility in and outside of your role to make yourself indispensable to the team

  • Do the best work of your career, work normal hours, and focus on shipping

  • Translate vision and big ideas into shippable product

  • Mentor other engineers to help them grow their skillsets

Your background

  • At least seven years of working as a software engineer

  • Advanced level of JavaScript / TypeScript and React

  • We’re always looking for something extra that makes you stand out, for example:

  • Browser rendering optimization

  • Compiler technology, language design

  • Automated testing, integration testing, QA

  • UX / Design experience

  • Full-stack experience (Node, Go)
