Gabbi, Inc. Women's Health Nurse Practitioner Remote · Part time Apply for Women's Health Nurse Practitioner Gabbi Health is looking for passionate Nurse Practitioners with experience in women's health and have an interest specifically in breast health.
Description Have you ever been impacted by breast cancer? Do you know somebody who has? By the time we turn 50, most of us will have been close to somebody who has had a diagnosis or even been diagnosed ourselves. At Gabbi, we’re on a mission to make late-stage breast cancer obsolete.
Early detection is key. Women diagnosed at stage 0 or stage 1 have a 99% survival rate; women diagnosed at stage 4 have a ~30% survival rate.
The problem is that women don’t know their risk, so they don’t know what kind of care to get and when to get it. Gabbi has created an all-inclusive risk assessment that is the most accurate at predicting a woman’s risk of developing breast cancer. Once a woman knows her risk, we arm her with a personalized action plan and real-time care navigation with our team of clinical breast specialists to make sure she can get the care she needs, when she needs it.

What You’ll Do:
- This is a 100% remote telehealth position, you will conduct consultations and follow-up appointments via video
- Follow up with patients as necessary, order breast imaging and genetic testing as needed
- Operate as an independent provider, collaborating with physicians on the care team as needed
- Complete required training, and adhere to company guidelines and policies
Qualifications:
- APRN or WHNP licensed in at least 5 of the following states: GA, CA, NY, NJ, OR, WA, FL, ID, TX, PA, IL, CT, OH, VA, NC.
- Experience treating breast symptoms
- Ability or experience operating as an independent provider, eligible for practice autonomy
- Excellent written and verbal communication with an emphasis on clarity and compassion
- Strong “webside manner”
- Dedication to providing evidence-based care
- Telehealth experience is strongly preferred
- Multiple state NP licenses are strongly preferred, willingness to obtain further state licenses is a must
- Commit to a minimum of 15-20 hours per week
Compensation: Hourly for both patient-facing time and a specified amount of case management time.
Salary $50 - $60 per hour
