1st Shift Grinding: $17/hour

Duties:
We have two departments we are hiring for: Assembly and Grinding. Job responsibilities for both are as follows, but not limited to:

Maintaining a safe work environment

Responsible for completing control plan inspections
-
Load, unload, sort, and inspect proper parts and assemblies according to control plans and ensure accurate assembly.

Efficiently runs and operates all required equipment.

Completes line start-ups and changeover activities

Completes other job duties as delegated by the department's Shift Supervisor or Manager

Cross-trains into different areas as needed to help maintain production demands

Steel-toed boots are required

Position Requirements:
Assembly: Required to lift up to 45 pounds frequently; occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch; rarely required to crawl
Grinding: Same requirements as assembly, with occasional pushing/pulling up to 80 pounds; rarely lifting more than 80 pounds.

Manufacturing experience not needed.

Ability to perform basic math, all units of measure

Ability to read and interpret documents and write reports
Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $15.50 - $18.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
