Educational Advancement Pay Increases
In addition to annual raises, salary increases are applied as you advance your education:

Longevity Incentives
To recognize long-term commitment to Fairfield Community School District, the following longevity bonuses are provided:
- After the 2nd year of certified FCSD service:
If converting from an initial license to a standard license and returning to FCSD the following year, a one-time longevity bonus is paid in June.

If the initial license is not converted until the 3rd year, a $500 bonus is paid at that time.

After the 5th year of certified FCSD service:
A one-time longevity bonus is paid in June and continues at the following milestones:
5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th year, and every five years thereafter.
