Physical Therapist (PT) & Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) — Per Diem | Leeward Oahu, HI Potential to Earn $100,000–$120,000/Year Pay: * PT: $80 per visit * PTA: $55–$60 per visit Location: O'ahu, HI (reliable transportation required) Schedule: Flexible / Per diem — choose your own patients About Us We're a growing Medicare-certified Home Health agency on O'ahu, dedicated to fall prevention, mobility, and helping seniors stay safe and independent at home. We're currently hiring licensed Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants who are passionate about improving lives through quality, in-home and community-based therapy.
