This role requires excellent leadership capabilities, strong technical knowledge, and adherence to rigorous safety standards. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work under demanding offshore conditions are essential. As a Foreman, you will coordinate daily operations, manage resources effectively, and ensure compliance with all safety and quality protocols. You will serve as the main point of contact between crews and management, providing support and guidance to your team. What you'll do
