Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $85,000.00 Annually
About the Role:
Are you someone who enjoys connecting with people, staying organized, and being part of a fast-moving team? We’re looking for a BDC Specialist to help create a seamless and positive experience for our customers while supporting our sales team and driving business growth.
The BDC Specialist is the primary point of contact for many of our customers—helping them get the information they need, scheduling appointments, and ensuring every interaction feels easy and professional. Organizational skills are essential for managing schedules, tracking leads, and maintaining detailed records. The specialist acts as a liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring timely and accurate information flow to optimize service delivery.
Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience working in a Business Development Center or similar environment.

Experience in customer service, call centers, sales support, or similar roles

Strong communication skills—you’re confident, clear, and professional

Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize

A positive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on helping customers

Ability to analyze data or track performance metrics
Responsibilities:

Connect with customers via phone, email, and online channels

Respond to inquiries, generate leads, and qualify opportunities

Schedule appointments and coordinate with sales and service teams

Keep accurate, organized records in our CRM system

Follow up with customers to build relationships and encourage repeat business

Work closely with marketing and sales on campaigns and promotions
