Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Medical Assistant / Certified Medical Assistant (MA/CMA), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.
Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care and make critical assessments! You'll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.

Expectations:

Performs general patient care following established clinic workflows.

Greets and prepares patients for the health care provider by obtaining and recording vital signs, reviewing drug allergies and current medications, completing applicable screening questionnaires and documenting reasons for visit.

Collects and prepares ordered specimens for laboratory analysis.

Prepares and provides ordered medications and/or vaccines to patients.

Performs other duties within scope of role as assigned.

Job Requirements
Required:

Graduate of a medical assisting program accredited by the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) or Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education (CAAHEP)

Successfully completed Medication Aide 40-hour course or current/valid

Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association

Pay Range
$18.06 - $25.51 /hour
