Full job description

When you join the growing BILH team, you're not just taking a job, you’re making a difference in people’s lives.

Join Our Team: Weekend Orthopedic Physical Therapist (Saturdays flexible hour options)

Are you passionate about helping patients regain mobility, strength, and independence? We are seeking a skilled Orthopedic Specialist Physical Therapist to join our growing weekend Home Health Rehabilitation team.

In this role, you'll bring expert orthopedic rehabilitation directly to patients where they heal best: at home. Using advanced clinical skills, you'll support patients recovering from joint replacements, fractures, orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions, helping them safely return to the activities they value most.

Job Description:

What You'll Do:

  • Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions in the home setting.

  • Develop individualized treatment plans that promote functional recovery, mobility, and independence.

  • Utilize evidence-based practices to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.

  • Educate patients and caregivers on recovery, injury prevention, and long-term wellness strategies.

  • Help reduce hospital readmissions while improving quality of life and confidence at home.

What We're Looking For:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist with home health experience.

  • Expertise or strong interest in orthopedic rehabilitation.

  • Experience treating post-surgical and musculoskeletal conditions.

  • Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and patient education skills.

  • A commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

Why Join Us?

This is more than a physical therapy position. It's an opportunity to see the direct impact of your work every day. You'll enjoy clinical autonomy, meaningful patient relationships, and the ability to help individuals recover in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.

If you're looking for a rewarding role where you can combine orthopedic expertise with personalized, relationship-based care, we'd love to hear from you.

Help patients move better, recover stronger, and live more independently, one home visit at a time.

Pay Range:

$38.50 - $53.90
