Have you ever felt you could truly make a difference in someone's life? Are you somebody who likes to develop creative ideas and be part of making positive changes? We have an exciting leadership opportunity at The Arc Mid-Hudson at our residence located in Clintondale.

Clintondale is a vibrant home with six women who are very independent-minded and outgoing. Enjoying going to community events such as festivals and restaurants is a must. This house offers a great opportunity for someone who is creative and energetic and wants to further support these women in expanding their opportunities to live the life they want.

Responsibilities for this seasoned manager include supervising staff and assuring that plans of care are followed for the individuals we support. This motivated leader will possess an Associates degree in Human Services or a related field, a Bachelors degree is highly desired, and will have strong organizational skills and leadership experience. Previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities is highly preferred.

The Arc Mid-Hudson offers an extensive and informative new hire orientation in a comfortable learning environment. We also provide additional development opportunities for our management staff.

HOURS: 40/Tuesday through Saturday/must be flexible, based on needs of program

STARTING SALARY: $62,353.20 per year

Minimum Requirements

Bachelors degree preferred
Supervisory experience
Computer skills
Acceptable NYS Driver's license
