Full job description
Our client, a leader in manufacturing and production, is seeking dedicated Manufacturing Associates to join their team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be an integral part of the operations team, supporting manufacturing processes and ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Manufacturing Associate
Location: Lavonia, GA
Pay Range: $18-$20.20/hour
Shift: 1st/3rd Available
12 Hour Shift - 2,2,3 - 6:00-6:00
What's the Job?

Operate assigned machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner following standard work procedures.

Handle the physical loading and unloading of materials, ensuring productivity and safety standards are maintained.

Perform visual inspections of products to verify quality and adherence to specifications.

Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area, supporting overall housekeeping and safety practices.
-
Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety features on machinery.
What's Needed?

1-year previous manufacturing experience
-
Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and perform physical tasks related to loading and unloading materials.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.

Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to work location rules and procedures.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment during all shifts
