As a Senior Payroll Executive, you’ll play a critical role in helping U.S. construction businesses pay their crews accurately, on time, and with confidence. You’ll be at the heart of our AI-powered workforce management platform, bringing precision, empathy, and expertise to every client interaction. You’ll be the go-to expert for clients navigating complex payroll processes, tax compliance, and benefits management—all while shaping how our product and processes evolve to make payroll smarter and simpler.

What You’ll Do

  • Onboard new payroll clients from the US market either by migration from the existing provider or from scratch
  • Ensure successful run of each payroll weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly as per the clients pay frequencies
  • Analyze, resolve, and document any payroll discrepancies accurately.
  • Help clients manage wage garnishments, health benefits & 401K contributions
  • Support clients/employees in answering standard questions related to tax deductions, withholding forms (W4/W9), and income statements (w2/1099).
  • Analyze & if needed help issue corrections to paystubs, W2, etc.
  • Understand issue patterns and recommend product/process changes to the internal teams.
  • Create or update onboarding documents and support processes.
  • Update knowledge base periodically to enable self-service.
  • Manage personal and sensitive information with utmost care & as per the defined policies.
  • Proactively seek clients feedback to improve onboarding & support. What We’re Looking For
  • Good knowledge and experience in QuickBooks, Sage or ADP Software for US Payroll is an added advantage.
  • Detailed understanding of handling federal, state & local taxes, wage garnishments, etc.
  • Strong familiarity managing medical/dental/vision benefits, 401k contributions, etc.
  • Experience in creating and updating onboarding/offboarding, and supporting documents.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills are a must have.
