The Greeley Teamis seeking an Recruitment Lead to help us achieve our goals.

We Ask Of You To:

• Functional support to plant non-exempt recruitment process

• Assisting with general new employee onboarding duties

• Leads employee engagement teams

• Support HR sub functional-areas: Human Resource Information System, record-keeping and reporting, and benefit administration

At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role ranges from $25.75-29.61 per hour.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required, with minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or similar program with some HR work experience.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs.

• Familiar with industrial operations, preferably dairy or food manufacturing.

• Technically sound in Human Resources fundamentals and best practices and the application of them in manufacturing operations.

• Ability to relocate with geographic flexibility is highly desired.
