As a new or upcoming graduate, you aren't just looking for an entry-level position—you want a clinical environment that supports your transition from student to confident professional, guarantees time to focus on patient care, and respects your life outside of work. This Monday through Friday, day-shift role at Aspirus Rhinelander Hospital lets you gain mastery across simulation, planning, and advanced treatment delivery under the wings of a collaborative, family-oriented team.

The Perfect Environment to Master Your Craft
Transitioning from clinical rotations to full-time practice is a major milestone. At Aspirus Health, we live by five core values: Compassion, Accountability, Collaboration, Foresight, and Joy. We ensure our new graduates have the breathing room, mentorship, and high-tech tools necessary to succeed without the threat of immediate burnout:
-

-
Comprehensive Full-Scope Mastery: Don't get pigeonholed into just one repetitive task. Here, you will gain hands-on experience across the entire clinical spectrum—including CT simulation, treatment planning (as applicable), meticulous documentation, and precise treatment delivery.
-
A Fully Supported Path to ARRT Certification: Are you currently registry-eligible? We welcome you! We give you a full year from your hire date to successfully obtain your American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)(RTT) certificate.
-
Unmatched Work-Life Balance: Our 72-hour biweekly schedule gives you full-time status and premium benefits while preserving your personal time. Enjoy a reliable day-shift routine in the heart of Wisconsin's scenic Northwoods.
What You’ll Do
As a Radiation Therapist on our tight-knit oncology team, you will accurately administer ionizing radiation to cancer patients according to prescription specifications.
