Projects span a wide range of scopes and must be executed within evolving budgets, strict regulatory requirements, and formal government approval processes. This role offers the scale and complexity of major capital project delivery in a stable, site-based environment, without the travel typically associated with similar work. It is well suited for someone who enjoys leading teams through challenging project conditions and seeing work through from planning to execution.

  • Coordinate across engineering, construction, procurement, finance, operations, sponsors, and oversight stakeholders

  • Oversee general contractor and subcontractor execution in a highly regulated environment

  • Identify and mitigate risks related to scope changes, budget constraints, and working within existing infrastructure

  • Capture lessons learned and contribute to improving overall project execution practices

Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to lead project teams through complex constraints within a structured regulatory framework

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly convey project needs and status

  • Sound judgment when navigating changing budgets, shifting priorities, and multiple approval steps

  • Ability to solve practical infrastructure and facility challenges on an active site • Leadership presence and ability to align matrixed teams

  • Ownership mindset with strong follow-through

  • Capital projects within complex campuses, industrial sites, government facilities, or similar environments

  • Office buildings, laboratory facilities, utilities, and infrastructure projects

  • Working within formal approval and funding processes

  • Contractor and subcontractor management

  • Cost estimating, scheduling, procurement planning, and change control

Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearances requirements, US citizenship is required.
