Salary Range: $69,000.00 To $73,000.00 Annually

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School‑Based Health Clinician to join our interdisciplinary team and help strengthen the well‑being of the students we serve.

The School‑Based Health Clinician will deliver comprehensive services—including mental health counseling, health education, and preventive care—while collaborating closely with school staff, families, and community partners to support the behavioral health needs of identified students.

Locations: We have three openings/three locations in Milford, CT. Orchard Hills Elementary School, Orange Avenue Elementary School, and Meadowside Elementary School.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group counseling to students.

  • Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment care plans.

  • Offer crisis intervention and support to identified clients.

  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to address client behavioral health needs.

  • Develop and implement health education programs.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records.

  • Participate in school health initiatives and wellness programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in a Behavioral Health field required.

  • Licensed Professionals: (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, Ph.D.) with at least 1 year of maintaining the licensure are encouraged to apply.

  • Knowledge/Abilities: Knowledge and competency regarding diagnosis, assessment, and treatment of behavioral health services.
