SHINE Systems & Technologies is hiring a Junior Motion GEOINT Specialist. SHINE Systems & Technologies is seeking a Junior Motion GEOINT Specialist to join their team. The specialist will be responsible for performing deep analysis and demonstrating critical thinking skills. This role requires an active TS clearance with current SCI eligibility and an adjudicated Counterintelligence polygraph. The ideal candidate will have experience with IMINT/GEOINT operations and imagery schoolhouse training.

Key focus areas include Perform deep analysis of imagery and geospatial data, Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders, and Demonstrate critical thinking in investigative tasks.

Successful candidates bring Attended Certified Imagery Schoolhouse. Important skills include ArcGIS, Multimodal Imagery, Deep Analysis, Problem Solving, and Communication. Preferred (not required): SOM Tools.

Full job description

Required:

  • Active TS clearance in DISS with current SCI eligibility

  • Current, adjudicated Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph

  • Able to upgrade additional polygraph if needed

  • At least three years of IMINT and/or GEOINT experience, which can be supplemented by a degree relevant to GEOINT, complying with J-02 experience points calculation

  • At least one year of recent (last three years) IMINT/GEOINT operational experience

  • Attended certified imagery schoolhouse (military or similar program)

  • Functional experience using ArcGIS or similar

  • Experience with multimodal imagery

  • Must be a self-starter, able to perform deep analysis, demonstrate critical thinking skills, and communicate well

Desired:

  • Currently supporting NGA with a contractor IC badge and CAC

  • More than three years of intelligence analysis experience supporting imagery/geospatial product development

  • GPC certified

  • Advanced ArcGIS proficiency

  • BA/BS in field relevant to geospatial intelligence, intelligence studies, etc.

  • Experience with SOM tools

  • Ability to start immediately
