Federal Human Resources SME
Management Concepts, Inc. is actively seeking Federal Human Resources Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to join our team as independent contractors. These SMEs will be instrumental in creating new materials and updating existing courses within the Federal Human Resources field.
As part of a project team, SMEs provide in-depth knowledge and expertise that, in collaboration with the instructional designer (ID), results in products that meet participant-centered training objectives.
Examples of SME contributions include:

Collaborating with the ID to design high-level and detailed design plans

Providing drafts of technically accurate content to support the ID in creating or updating training materials
-
Reviewing project deliverables to ensure they are accurate and current
-
Confirming there are no gaps in content, content does not exceed the product’s scope, and that it flows well
Professional Experience
-
Advanced degree in Human Resources Management or a related field or a minimum of ten years of relevant experience as a Federal Human Resources practitioner

Must have experience working with the Federal government performing duties relevant to the Human Resources field
-
Experience in education or training is a plus
