About the role As a Client Solutions Manager, you will own a portfolio of enterprise customers and will be directly responsible for their growth. You will design and executive your own account acquisition and account expansion strategies while coaching a high-performance team. Your book of business will consist of the most prominent investment firms in the region. This role is fast-paced and client-facing with a focus on client portfolio growth and team development. You will spend most of your time developing growth strategies, executing projects, and coaching top performers. As a Client Solutions leader and first point of contact for our clients, you will also work alongside our product and engineering team to translate insights into product improvements. Ideal candidates have prior experience managing client-facing teams within enterprise business development and/or customer success. They love taking on new challenges while never taking things for granted. We are looking for candidates who are excited to face the successes and challenges of growing client portfolios and developing high-performance teams.

What you bring

  • 3-5 years of professional work experience in customer-facing roles; 1-2 years of experience managing a client-facing team

  • Previous expert network experience (or adjacent market research role) is strongly preferred

Pay Transparency Notice: Full-time offers include base salary, equity, and benefits Pay range: The total target compensation for this role ranges from $128k to $135k, comprising a base salary of $108k to $115k plus a target annual bonus of $20k(uncapped). Final compensation is determined by experience and skill level. This is a hybrid role, in our NYC office 3 times per week. Don’t meet every single requirement?
