Amergis Healthcare Staffing is actively seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children and adults with special needs in the Waipahu, Hawaii area.
As an RBT, you will implement behavioral intervention plans, support Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, and collaborate with educational and behavioral professionals to help clients achieve meaningful learning and behavioral goals.
Job Responsibilities
? Implement behavior intervention plans
? Provide direct ABA support services under BCBA/BCaBA supervision
? Assist children and adults with special needs
? Collect data and document client progress
? Collaborate with educators, therapists, and behavioral specialists
? Promote positive behavioral and learning outcomes
Minimum Requirements
? Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification and/or State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) License (as required)
? Must be supervised by a client BCBA or BCaBA
? One year of relevant experience preferred
? Associate Degree in Behavioral Studies or related field preferred
? Current CPR Certification (if applicable)
? TB Questionnaire, PPD, or Chest X-Ray (if applicable)
? Current Health Certificate (per contract or state regulation)
? Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
? Must be at least 18 years of age
? Complies with all professional standards of practice
