Shift Differentials

2nd Shift: +$2.50/hour

3rd Shift: +$3.50/hour

Weekend Differential: +$1.50/hour
(Friday 5 PM – Sunday midnight)
What You'll Do
As an LPN at RiverMead, you'll play a vital role in supporting the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents by:

Delivering compassionate, high-quality nursing care

Conducting resident assessments and ongoing evaluations

Developing and updating individualized care plans

Administering medications and treatments
-
Performing therapeutic procedures, including wound care, immunizations, and infection management

Collaborating closely with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members

Promoting resident dignity, safety, and quality of life
What We're Looking For

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program

Current New Hampshire LPN license

Current CPR certification
