What You’ll Do As an Autoclave Technician, you’ll play a key role in curing high‑performance aerospace components. You’ll:

Load and unload autoclaves and ovens using a forklift

Connect tools using thermocouples and vacuum lines

Remove cured parts from molds and complete cleaning/seasoning of tools

Perform final inspections of parts prior to curing

Use hand and power tools to follow engineering drawings and planning

Keep the workspace organized, safe, and aligned with production standards

Support continuous improvement and help the team keep production flowing
