The Role: Propulsion Drawing Checker/CAD Modeler You will be involved in the making of engineering drawings from 3D solid models, drawing checking and working through workflow issues to obtain release. You will be responsible for working with designs from concepts to flight maturity hardware that involve propulsion hardware from piece parts to engine assemblies and/or Propellant & Pressure Management (PPMS) systems. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and self-motivated individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. What You'll Get To Do

Support design, analysis, manufacturing, and testing of propulsion piece parts and assemblies

Generate CAD models & drawings of components and engine systems

Work with various teams such as the test and manufacturing teams

Set the standard for checking drawings
What You Have
-
5+ years of rocket propulsion drawing experience
-
10+ years of CAD experience, particularly working with large assemblies
-
Experience in some of the CAD tools such as TC/NX, SolidWorks, CATIA

Strong communication skills to effectively work in highly collaborative environment
