Full job description
The School Psychologist impacts students’ lives by:

Coordinating and completing Bulletin 1508/IDEIA initial evaluations and reevaluations in a compliant and timely manner
-
Interacting with school-based and outside related service providers to obtain necessary evaluation components and make team-based eligibility determinations
-
Attending and participating in IEP meetings as the evaluation representative
-
Collaborating with the school-based Directors of Special Education to ensure that the school complies with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations governing students with disabilities or who are under the evaluation process

Consulting with school leaders and individual teachers regarding high priority students

Conducting social-emotional skills groups as needed

Taking on other tasks, as needed
