Warehouse Associate in Canonsburg, PA

Pay: $17-19 per hour based on experience

Schedule: 1st Shift, 3rd Shift, & Weekend Days

Fulltime, Benefits, and Weekly Pay

Impact Workforce Solutions is hiring for a Warehouse Associate in Canonsburg, PA. Impact is proud to partner with Legrand a local manufacturing company. We offer industry leading benefits and a wellness package, with eligibility for some programs beginning Day 1! Our positions are full-time, year-around employment with paid training.

We offer:

Schedules:

1st Shift

Shift: Mon - Thurs 6:00AM-4:00PM

Pay: $17-18 per hour

3rd Shift

Shift: Mon - Thurs 7:30PM-5:30AM

Pay: $18-19 per hour

Weekend Days

Schedule: Fri-Sun 6:00AM-6:00PM (work 36 hours and get paid for 40)

Pay: $17-18 per hour

Job Description:

A Warehouse Associate you will be responsible for manually moving goods around warehouses or other industrial sites. In addition to loading and unloading deliveries from trucks and placing products in the designated locations.

Position Requirements:

Manually maneuvering and using a forklift to safely move goods around the warehouse
3+ years experience
Stacking and unstacking goods onto shelves or pallets
Moving goods from storage areas to loading areas for transport
Unloading deliveries and safely relocating the goods to their designated storage areas
Regularly checking forklift equipment for faults or damages and reporting if needed
Wrapping pallets to prepare goods for transport
Keeping up to date on any safety regulations, as well as forklift operating procedures
Consolidating pallets as needed
Accuracy and attention to detail
Able to work independently with some direction
Able to read and comprehend written instructions
Able to perform simple math operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
Basic computer/keyboarding skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Stand, sit, walk, push, pull, twist and bend to the floor for the duration of a work period
Lift/carry/maneuver heavy material or equipment up to 50 pounds
Must have positive communication and interpersonal skills

Education Required:

High school diploma or equivalent
